Deezer Favourite Tracks Limit of 2000 too small - please increase it!

I love hearing new music and when flow suggests a track I love I add "heart" it to my favourites. Having been with you a number of years I'm already over the 1000 number in my favourites and not all of these show on my mobile - please increase this limit 🙂

    Is impossible to add more than 2000 songs, after 1000 the app starts to block and have bugs then the list is not shown complete and some songs have errors, never fully charge or get cut.

      just noticing this is slowly going up (and 2nd highest on the ideas so far) - I'm hoping your technical team make this a priority as it already is showing itself as a bug bear for users (and as I said the longer a user is with you the bigger their collection gets!).

      Looks like the team did not take this idea as a priority, since we are about to reach 2 years since the first post/suggestion. And Spotify already allows 10k, so... πŸ™„

        Deezer already doubled the amount from 1.000 to 2.000 on all devices. Now it takes some time to double (or more) again. πŸ‘

        Hi.

        I was not aware it was 1k before; I though the complaining was to the 2k limit. Thank you for the info.

        Nevertheless, I am in favor of increasing the limit to, at least, match Spotify's 10k.

            Hi guys, we spoke to our developers and this limit will not be increased at the moment. You can create up to 2000 playlists with 2000 songs in each of them, way more than any other streaming service. We'll keep passing this feedback on to the right team and hopefully this will be considered in the future, but to be honesty with you, this will not be considered right now - therefore this idea is now marked as Not Implemented.

              Hi. I appreciate the reply and honesty.

              I believe the playlists need be improved to allow us some sort of automatic filtering (by genre, for instance) and to tell us which favorite track is already part of a playlist, so the favorites tracks limit is a lesser issue. Both features are nonexistent, and I have already voted the idea on another topic.

                What about the album limit? I don’t personally use playlists.Β 

                The album limit is a huge limitation and why I cannot switch over from Tidal. I can't imagine any HiFi user accepting a limit to how many albums they can add to their catalog.Β
