I know I can remove tracks from the queue one by one. but i would like to remove all tracks in one click.

sometimes, you mistakenly add a long playlist to the queue and you just want to remove it.

Hi there, if you play Flow the queue will be automatically emptied. Also, you can untick the automatic recommendation box at the end of the queue.
But we have passed on to our devs the suggestion of reseting the flow 🙂

if you play flow the queue gets empty.

For me, Flow adds a single track to the queue which can’t be removed.

Yes, that's right. But it clears all the others @luke00 - what Raf suggested was a workaround :v_tone2:

On Google Music I used this feature every day!

In October they will close Google Music. So needed alternative. This is much missed in Deezer.

I encourage you to listen your customers better.

I have done the following work around. I created a Playlist named "Clear Queue" and added a single track to it (I picked a track titled "CLEAR", go figure). When I want to clear the entire queue I select this playlist and start playing the track. This sets the queue to 1 track. Now your ready to add more.

You should not be really doing that, I never did once, using Google Music for almost 5 years.

Kinda shocked it it an issue on Deezer Premium. Such a basic feature.

I will never forget my first day on Deezer, trying to empty play queue...

Again, you cannot play flow when you are offline.

Like many others in this thread, I have just recently come to Deezer as a potential replacement for GPM due to its superior UX to Spotify, Apple Music, and YT Music.

Clear Queue is an absolute must, without having to resort to workarounds.   While you’re at it, you can add another essential feature that is -- incredibly -- unique to GPM:    Add (or Save) Queue to Playlist.  This would bring up the option to add to an existing playlist or create a new one.

And the ability to Select Multiple Tracks (and then Add the Playlist, Delete, etc) would be incredibly useful.

The Spotify queue system is so superior to Deezer. Shame the developers don’t know how to add clear queue button. Maybe it actually is rocket science?

if you add a long playlist to the queue and then want to rearrange the order of some of them it can be a nightmare to find the currently playing track in the long list. Idea for Deezer s obviously junior developers- look at Spotify’s queue and copy it?

Thank you for your feedback @Dgreensuperhoops @dzraphael

Very good examples of how we can improve our queue system going forward. Don't worry, our teams aren't sleeping and are already working on enhancements :fingers_crossed_tone2:

I'll add your replies to the discussion, so that they get a fresh input from the community :v_tone2:

No idea what “Flow” is, but there needs to be a way of clearing the queue.

It sounds like Deezer is making money from artists who pay to be in that queue. Not interested in that.

    You’ve lost me.

Sorry to hear that @toddwc. I can assure you there's no incentive from anyone to have automatic recommendations in the queue. Flow is available on the homepage, you should give it a go before trying another service.

In any case, we'd appreciate if you could subscribe to this topic in case we deliver the feature so that you can perhaps give us another go :v_tone2:
