I have an annual Premium subscription which I always forget about. Recently, I was suddenly charged without any warning or reminder. This happened last year too.
It would be really helpful if Deezer sends an automated email a week (or more) before the renewal date so customers can ensure they have enough money in their bank account and/or reconsider renewing their subscription. This is standard practice for other subscription services.
I use my calendar functions on my phone for recurring bills and subscriptions, and my deezer app has a “manage my subscription’ tab, but I can see how some might need an additional reminder.

The last time my subscription was coming to an end and I opened Manage my subscription and I got a warning that my subscription would expire in a few days.
So there is some kind of warning from Deezer, but the problem is that the user would have to constantly look at Manage my subscription for the expiration date to see the warning. Also, if I have already looked at when my subscription expires, maybe I don't need this warning !?
I agree with the @maxkshaw that Deezer should send this type of warning to the user's email or offer the option to activate such a warning according to the user's wishes.
