Download all albums with one click

Please is it possible to get a feature that allows us download all our favorite albums or the entire library with just one click? I have over 14GB of music (playlist/albums) and switching phones is tedious as I have to download every single album one by one to the new phone.

On the other hand, if it were possible to transfer my library from one phone to another without fuss, that would be awesome as it would save one a lot in mobile data fees. We don't have unlimited internet in this part of the world: Nigeria.

Thanks

P.S: I'm on the Android platform

Hi there, that does sound like a good idea that would save some time so let's hope the download all gets implemented 🙏

But as for the transferring, with the current available technology I don't think it will be possible anytime soon, but let's see how things progress in the future 🙂

This idea was not implemented, but we'll keep passing this feedback on to our devs ;)

What a pity. For me this is a must feature and should be really easy to implement. On a new device or after a fresh install, everything needs to be re-downloaded manually, which takes ages...

Good point @Akis, thanks for the feedback. This is very useful when our devs discuss the suggestion and the real need for our users :thumbsup_tone2:

If Deezer doesn’t use local mp3 files. I found that the only solution for it to use MY collected mp3 songs was 1- upload them all via PC Deezer. 2- Find a way to download all back into phone (not sure what is the good way to do this).

Which means ~40gig upload , then ~40gig? download. Compared to 30 minutes usb copy from pc to phone.

There MUST be a more efficient way to do this ?!

ps. Use of local files on phone is extremely important because I work in remote location without internet access. If I am to use Deezer as main player app, it needs to deal with full offline library.

Thanks

So far, Deezer Flow is amazing. I’d like to continue the premium after the trial (if I get it to play more then xx songs offline...)

Just an idea: instead of a button to download to a new device all “Downloaded music” from another device, it could be simply part of the first logon on a new device to ask if the user wants so, and them do it in the background. Same process could be made when changing music quality, asking the user if she/he wants to re-download everything.

And improving on this, “Download music” could be synced among devices - again, if the user wants so.

I would like this too. I have an sdcard that holds 80GB of deezer music. When I move it to the new phone the music still takes up space but deezer doesn't recognize it nor asks me to download again and erase the identical tracks. Third phone switch within my many years long subscription now. And again I have to start all over and download everything anew. Unnecessary and a little annoying.
