yes I have a playlist called βA - Downloaded Songsβ (which Iβve togged to be an offline/downloaded playlist) and when I add to this playlist they automatically download to it.
Itβs only 3 clicks (put the A at the top so it appears at the top of your playlists ;) )
I think an easy solution is to create a playlist called perhaps "Downloads" and then have this set to download on your mobile device. Everytime you add a song to it - it will automatically download!
Hi there, also, you h=can set your favourite list to download every time you mark a song as favourite. Then this song will be downloaded on the favourite playlist :)
But we passed this suggestion on to our dev anyway π

This sounds great, How does it automatically download? Also can we still access the downloaded songs by album/artist or will it be strictly in that playlist in Android Auto interface?
the easiest way is definitely to just add songs to your favourites list and then download that list so you have single songs that are all downloaded and when you add a new song it will be downloaded automatically. That is how I do it at least.
Otherwise the suggestion from @Rob Igo is also a valid one.
I think implementing another feature that lets you download a single song would just lead do the same result as all individually downloaded songs will show in a list that contains the downloaded songs, just like my suggestion above.
@Horizon the downloaded songs will always be in that list which makes it easier to access don't you think?
Deezer is freedom. So, y cant we just download the songs we like instead of whole cds? It may be easy 4 u to create this solution.
Yeah! I dont get why only whole album downloads are there! If u make a solution to this your customers will drastically increase for sure looking at the same complaints made by countless people throughout the internet. This one change can take the app to the next level.
Deezer allow us to download the whole album,
instead of downloading the whole album, i think it would be much easier if we could download only the songs we like
Don't you think guys?
I mean it doesn't make any sense, can download full album but not ONE SONG ???
This is absolutely barbaric
It's frustrating how most time we have to download an entire album just to get one song. You should add a feature where we can download ongs singularly.
you can create a playlist (perhaps call it "Downloads" π ) and then toggle the download button so it downloads to your device. Now every time you add a song to this playlist it will automatically download :)
@borisius@Moosa Aleef@Demi I moved your post to this topic. Please vote for this existing idea. We'll pass this on to the team and the more votes the better π
I'd like to download a single track from an album without downloading the full album and also if artists are featured on a track I'd like to see the artist's name. Thanks
please see my answer above by creating a playlist and having it set to download on your device etc as soon as you add tracks from an album it will download them to your device.
Why is the option to download a single track is very hard in Deezer app. The option tab doesn't have Download option directly. Download option can be added to option tab.
I don't work in that way. Maybe my routine will help you. I use to play playlists (those with blue circle) and when I like a song, I add it to one of my previously created playlist (if it doesn't exist, then I create one).
Each of my own playlist starts with a ! , so it can be displayed on the top of my playlists, and then is followed by the first two letters. For example, Shape of you, is added to !sh playlist.
Each playlist has a 2000 songs limit, in my case I've done 267 playlists in which are favourite and individual songs, because it's hard to like the whole album
When I have time, the next thing I do is copy the number of songs of each playlist to an .xls file (in my case, Google Sheets), so I get the total songs. Then I update the graphic.
At the beginning , it requires a lot of work, creating playlists , writing the name of each one in the file ; but once they are there, the hardest step is to make the recount, that takes about 15-20 minutes.
Nowadays I have 9451 individual songs βΊοΈ.........and increasing !!
