Add "E" for explicit tracks on LOCKSCREEN

What‘s the problem with it how it‘s displayed currently?

Explicit songs only Have E symbol in front it On app

for example you turn on flow and you’re phone on flow and you didn’t even notice this song is Explict

Apple music and spotify did this

for example this song is explicit 

There is a setting for not recommending explicit content in the iOS Deezer app which you might have enabled. The default setting is off, i.e. explicit content will be played and recommended, as far as I know.

Sorry, but i still don‘t understand the problem… for me on iOS app everything looks fine. The „E“ left to the Title is visible and telling me that this is an explicit content song. Also in album overview and search results there is the „E“ or a sign „Explicit“. 
So for me it would be no difference if it‘s in front or behind the track name.

No, not on lockscreen… but you didn’t mentioned before that you want it for LOCKSCREEN. 😉
