10k limits increase for personal playlists on Deezer

Definitely one for the future @Harmonie however, not going to be a priority in the near future. You've got my vote, hopefully we keep gathering more so that we can put a bit of pressure here internally

This is needed massively! Please consider it asap.
Just had to undownload a load of playlists / songs to be able to shuffle play my downloads without including all playlists. Very annoying 

@michelleabelle For what it’s worth, I have a script I created that takes all your playlists with a set of certain prefixes (e.g., anything starting with the word “my”, “happy”) shuffles them all together and then creates another set of 2,000 sized playlists starting with a prefix.

So for example, you can say, take all playlists that start with happy, sad, or noodle (e.g., happy-something, sad-something-else, sad-another, noodle) and create 5 playlists, sized 2,000 each starting with music (e.g., music-00, music-01).

You’ll need to get an API key, but it’s… relatively straight-forward since it asks you questions about what you want to do:

I don't get why they don't do anything about it because this was a thing 5 years ago and there now still questions to increase the limit

Naive question. What’s the point of having some many tracks in a single playlist? As of now a 2000 tracks playlist will last ~240h or 10 days of continuous play. I do not feel like someone will start a playlist and listen to it 10 days in a row straight. 

Am I missing something here?

@Harmonie I completely agree with you. The worst part is that they changed 5 years a go. I really don't get it.
