it would be nice to have more then 1 user in hifi acount .
i use iphone and android and cant listen to music in both at the same time.
i think adding at least one more user would be a good thing .

what do you think?🎼

I‘m interested in a Deezer HiFi subscription that my wife and I can access on our home-based Bluesound streamer as well as underway on our individual smartphones. Is there a suitable subscription available? What would be the best way to cover this requirement, and what would it cost (Germany)? Thanks for your help.

Hi @Hucky, Deezer HiFi is 19,99 € monthly in Germany, but it can't be combined with a Family subscription. It's a one account subscription. If your priority is to share an account with your wife, I suggest you get our Family subscription

If you definitely want the high quality sound, you can create individual accounts for you and your wife and you both get HiFi for each one :)

Thanks Anja. Unfortunately neither answer helps me to my goal - we are high quality consumers (therefore only „HiFi“ comes into consideration), but not high volume consumers, therefore cannot justify the cost of two HiFi subscriptions (even one would be pushing it, the monthly €19,99 quickly accumulates to a substantial amount). So we‘ll just have to stick with what we‘ve got for now. Thanks again anyway!
I have an elite ( flac ) subscription, can I also get family (multi user) account? Normal family is only mp3.

@Huw, I moved your topic to this existing one as it was explained here 🙂 You can't combine Hifi/Elite and Family at the moment. Hopefully this will change in the future 🙂

How about a custom Family plan where main profile would be HiFi and then the secodary profiles Premium+? I would like to enjoy my music in best possible quality (wherever/whenever possible) but my wife and two kids would be satisfied with Premium+ quality on their iphones and ipads.

Will Deezer family work on my sonos amplifier?

Don't see any reason it won't work . Nothing is different between Premium + and Family except number of users who can use it

I have signed up to Deezer today so that I can compare it with Spotify and Tidal for which I already have subscriptions.The idea being if there is no discernible difference in the HiFi provision I will cancel the other subscriptions and stay with Deezer. I am interested in a family subscription, but I couldn't see one. Please advise if this is possible and what the monthly cost is.

Thanks for your prompt reply.I will remain with my HiFi subscription and retain my current Spotify Family subscription until it is clearer what Deezer's intentions are regarding family sharing.It is a pity that you don't have it and to my mind given the apparent popularity, it would perhaps make commercial sense for the devs to sort it out.

I have a Deezer Family subscription and with that I have a few Premium + accounts.
I am interested by moving to a HIFI account to have better quality of music but I want to know if then, I can keep my family account and then my family accesses to Deezer.

Hi, how will we know when you can upgrade to HiFi with family? I signed up for Deezer over other streaming because of family and HiFi, now I find I can’t add it to my account, I have bought a B&O sound system to listen to quality, does this mean I have to open another account to get hifi?

Hi @FamilyHunter , our HiFi plan works really well with B&O sound systems, but to listen to the songs in in Flac quality you would have to switch to the HiFi subscription and give up of the Family one. You still can use the Family account on your B&O sound system, but only the master profile. Also, the sound will be in High Quality, not Flac. 😉

Unfortunately it is not posible to in Sonos , Because Family is not a multi-account offer, but a multi-profile one: with a single Deezer account (login /pwd) you can create and use different profiles, each of them independent of the other.
It would require from our Sonos a specific implementation that is outside the classic scope of the integration of our service.
