Will the album limit of 2000 be raised in the future?

I do apologise @groover I mistakenly thought that you were referring to 'recently played'. The listening history on Web and desktop app is 40 at the moment. I'll double-check for the Android one 

Please raise the limit. I am soon 1500 liked tracks.

And I am only since 29.06.2020 on Deezer Premium ;)

The 2 000 limit is not enough. I will hit it in less than a year Deezer customer.

It takes time because it isn't only about increasing the limit but also changing the way the app loads content. But don't worry, we're working on this

I’m quite interested in having more than 2000 albums, I reached the limit a year ago I think I everytime I found a new album I have to look out what album do I delete to being able to add another… infinite annoying.

Any ETA for this solution??

BTW today I discovered:

• L'Impératrice — Tako Tsubo
• Smoke city- Flying Away
• Any album by Dakhabrakha

But couldn’t add it to my music library :(

Perhaps as a possibility:
You could combine several albums by an artist in a playlist and then have capacity for new albums without having to completely delete anything from the media library.

This has been going on for so long, and now I have just almost reached my album limits as well. But then again, I’ve received an e-mail from Deezer support team saying “there is currently no plans for expanding the 1.000 albums limit” . I am sad to hear that, I really llike Deezer and I have recommended it to as many people as I could, but thuth is, there is no limit in Spotify and I am already having a free month trial in it. Also, “Soundiiz” platform allows you to transfer all your music (playlist and all) with 99% accuracy from one streamer to another. In a month time I’ll decide wheter to carry on with Deezer or move to Spotify (which also works with my PS4 and Zeppelin Wireless). 

This first post is seven years old and the 1000/2000 albums limit still exists. I’m upping this thread to ask when those limits will be changed or even removed (Spotify did so with its own album and song limitations in 2020! it was five years ago), because it is soooo limitating when you are listening to music by albums and not by playlists…  I had +3000 albums liked when I was using spotify and lost a third of my library when moving to deezer which is a pity.

Please tell people at Deezer to do something with it and implement the modifications ! Otherwise it will mean leaving deezer for me and getting back to spotify or another streaming service…

3 years ago, no ETA existed for this issue. Did it evolved since or is it still neglected by Deezer ?
