WE NEED FOLDERS TO ORGANISE OUR MUSIC

Hello, I left Spotify to subscribe to Deezer, wishing to support a french company (as a French person), but, you apparently made the choice not to allow users to organize their music with folders, people who listens to a lot of music and hundreds of albums have the need to arrange them by topic. How can one find an album listened several years ago if one cannot put it in a well arranged folder on the shelf?

I'm going to have to go back to Spotify, are you aware that by refusing this basic function, you're probably losing hundreds of thousands of customers?

I imagine that in one way or another it must suits your business model, but... it's embarrassing. I'm writing you this message to find out if you agree that it's not possible to organize your music using folders, thank you in advance for your reply and have a nice day.

    I started using deezer maybe 15yrs ago and for a long time.

    I quit for Spotify 5yrs ago to have better features. 

    Now I want to go back to deezer for ethical reasons like everyone. 

    I have all my history with me, from almost the beginning. 

    I always use services like soundiiz to migrate. 

    Around, 200 playlists I don't know how many albums... 

    I now have folders and nested folders, by genre, type, context, goal, inspirations, blablabla

    WTF are you doing deezer?

    It's really a big deal, I don't want to quit Spotify, for maybe one year now, only because of this feature missing. 

    It's so sad.

     

    At least communicate with us with an article explaining why you don't add this feature. 

    I try for two months, if I find something else with folders, even with less features I will go. 

    I gonna try tidal after all.

      This is how i do it, but i really don’t think they’ll add folders in the near future.

        What a dealbreaker! 

        Just transfered 15 years of history from that other green thing.  Sigh...
