With the link today it's no fun to receive a shared song link as it does not open Deezer = no one click, play, enjoy experience, but cumbersomeUX

On Android 13 with Chrome as standard browser it seams to work. Please fix for Android 12 as well as none Google browsers like Firefox.

This does not work for me. The link just opens in Chrome instead of Deezer. Maybe we have different versions:

Android 13, build TQ2A.230305.008

Chrome version 111.0.5563.116

Yes, it opens in browser, but when clicking listen now the deezer app opens.

For other browsers it opens the register/login webpage.

Listen now doesn't work for me either :(

I have the same issue with Deezer quizzes. If someone shares a 'play now' link it opens a Deezer login Android browser window. Even if i login i there I can't open it in the Deezer app. Sometimes i even get directed to the app store to download it. Its like my installed app is not there.

Could you be able to share a short video of the issue that you are mentioning regarding the link with the Deezer Quizzes on the app to check it out, please? Also, if you can tell us the model of the device that you are using and the software version installed, it would help us a lot to identify the problem

It’s sad that this is still an issue… My Wife often sends me a podcast to listen to which she found but i’m just not able to listen to it with ease…

i land on my browser and it asks me to log in. Fix this please! Sharing was never a problem with spotify and like this its no fun.
 

It was very frustrating, but i am fix it with Firefox Android.

1. you have to add “www.deezer.com” in the Android settings in the deezer app (Apps/Standard-Apps/Links open).
2. you have to set Firefox to your default browser
3. When you click on the shared link it will be open Firefox, go on the “hamburger menu” on the top right corner in firefox (3 points) and select on the bottom “Mit App öffnen” (in english maybe “open with app”?). Deezer App open the shared Title/Album.

Maybe is also functional in other browser, I don´t know.

Finally you can “Set Firefox for Android to open links in native apps” and you can click on your shared link and the deezer app will open.
