Offline mode not working

Hey @Daniel Craddock, we can’t reproduce the issue, do you mind downloading the app again and re downloading your music? 

I'm experiencing the same problem on the plane with version 8.0.26.7 - the playlists have the "downloaded" icon but when I open them, it tells me that I need internet connection. I didn't use to have this issue with previous versions of the app.

Could you try updating to the latest version of the app? 

It might help resolve the problem you're facing with offline playlists.

I updated the app and re-downloaded all my music. It worked for some time but yesterday I was on the plane and I was able to access all my albums and none of the playlists even though they'd been downloaded for offline mode. Unfortunately I'll have to move to another music provider because of this bug.

The DEVS are lying!

Deezer does not let you listen to your music offline. Period be it a handheld device or desktop
They are phucking lying if they say so.
There’s thousands of users reporting the matter for more than 3 years.

Lets get one thing clear!! the DESKTOP APPLICATION ONLY FUNCTIONS WHEN YOU ARE ONLINE. IT WILL NOT FUNCTION WHEN YOU ARE OFFLINE. IT CLOSES

The DEVS are lying and so are THE COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE TOO with their replies.  They have been lying for years with the deceptive (off-line listening experience). wE SHOULD JUST CROWN THEM FOR BEING WHO THEY ARE!!!

Deezer does not let you listen to your music offline. Period!! Be it a handheld device or desktop, You will not have access to your music once you go offline. I repeat!!

There’s thousands of users reporting the matter and there’s replies from thousands of people on question about the offline mode if you take time and scroll down and the issue goes for more than 3 years. What a deceptive marketing about offline experience!! Phucking hell!!!

I will never say that Deezer does nothing wrong and there are certainly enough improvements, but shouting and complaining that you don't like it, okay...but then you can let it go and move on to another music streamer. Bye

It’s working for us!

I just checked my downloaded playlist for comparing Wagner tracks containing different versions from two releases of the same recording. It still works to play them in the Windows 10 desktop app 7.0.60 without an internet connection which you can see written in the top banner.
