Well that’s unfortunate, a kid’s profile should never have such content. Nonetheless, it would have been of much more help if you could provide more details about the song you mention particularly its URL (share link).
Could you also check and confirm that your child was really playing songs from their profile or they mistakenly had picked an adults profile when you heard it?
Such more context to your issue helps you in getting the right assistance from the community and Deezer Team in general.

as @FriskyProdigy said, it is unfortunate, it usually means that the song was distributed to us without the “explicit” tag.
We do not decide on the tags, it is a decision made by the labels and distributors.
But you can report it in the app, by clicking on the 3 dots and choosing to report a problem.
