No Hi-Fi option

I am on a premium family plan and I understand that hi-fi has been an option now since April. Yet there is still no hi-fi option in my app. Please help!

Hey @poltroon 

In some countries, HiFi is only included with new subscriptions.
Where do you live and how much do you pay per month?

I’m in New Zealand. $23.99

What should I do?


Did you book your subscription with Apple?
If so: cancel subscription and wait for remaining time.
Then go to with a browser on your computer or tablet and book Family incl. HiFi for $17.99.
