I’m one of the users on a family account, and all of the profiles have their own personalised deezer year, but instead of my own I can only see the main profile’s deezer year… I tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app, and I tried on desktop but no luck, it’s still the wrong profile. 

Hello @Di11on, are you 100% sure that you are connected to your profile? 
Can you log out and back again please? 

What’s the name of your profile on the family account? 


Yes I have already tried logging in and out, I am definitely connected. My profile is “Leah”, but it shows me the Deezer year for “Mel”.

Also, the Deezer year feature has now disappeared from several profiles on one of our devices.
