I started playing a playlist that I created, but then after some seconds or songs, the playlist changes to another one, randomly. I have the Premium Deezer, so I don’t know what’s happening.

What device are you having this problem with?
Android? Then completely uninstall the deezer app, restart your smartphone and install the app, which you should only download from the Google Play Store.

Reinstalling the deezer app should fix the problem. Before that, it is best to clear the cache in the settings under Data & Storage.
Unfortunately, you lose downloads and have to download the music again later.
