I have recorded some audio private notes related to payment procedure after buying premium games so that I can share with the only those members who buy something from our sites. I just wanna ask can I upload audio note on Deezer so that they can listen their issue through Deezer.

You can upload mp3 files, but only for your own/personal use. You cannot share these files with other users. You would have to look for another platform for that. Maybe Youtube?
