Deezer does not support Google products (Home, Nest and Chalk) in Serbia. Not sure if there are any legal obstacles but from the technical perspective It's a shame you have supported it selectively. Using Deezer with Google products was my number one driver for buying devices and now I find them useless, unless I decide to cancel my subscription and join Google Music service.

Number of topics related to Google Home not being supported in a specific country is emerging. I can see most of those dissatisfied customers shortly turning to other services. Hopefully something could be done in a timely manner. Providing us with the answer that it is up to Google to decide about global partner is equally dissatisfying. Surely it is negotiable since Deezer supporting Google products started only for France and than the service was broadened to several other countries. Hopefully something could be done in a timely manner.

Hello @petkovicdl Thank you for your support. Our product managers have recently informed us that our integration with Google Home in more countries doesn’t depend on us but on Google themselves. We’ve been working hard for the past couple of years to improve this, but ultimately it is down to Google to choose which global partners to have on their devices. Thank you for your understanding on this.

Just fix the problem! Why can’t you just make Deezer and Google assistant work together in Sweden?

Google shouldn't pass on "blame" to anyone, hence why I asked you. I'll be forwarding your feedback and the fact it was their customer service who told you that.

It's a commercial partnership, Jakob, so please refer to the various topics about it here in the community to understand more about the reasons why we aren't available in Sweden, for example.

Me too, honestly @Jakob Olof Waller but it is something that needs to be agreed by both parties - Deezer doesn't have control of the situation. Besides, they're the giants here, you've got to think about that these days. In any case, I hope this happens in the future :relaxed:
