Hey, I use Deezer by connecting with my mail account (no password).

I have received my Garmin watch and I am trying to connect my Deezer but in the connection screen on the app I cannot connect using my mail only. It looks like I am forced to put mail and password which I don't have.

 

Do you have any idea on this matter ?

To access your Deezer account, you will need not only the email but also the password. Are you logged in with your Google account associated with your Deezer account? Or are you doing a smart login?

Regarding connecting Deezer to your Garmin watch, please follow these steps:

-Open the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone and tap the menu icon located in the top-left corner.

Note: On iOS devices, you will need to select "More" first.

-Select "Connect IQ Store".

-Search for the  Deezer app.

-Select the app and download it.

Hey, I immediately read your message but forgot to answer I am grateful and sorry.

The issue was that I was connecting to Deezer with my Gmail associated so I didn't have to type my password.

I eventually managed to modify my account to be able to connect with mail and password too.

 

I then followed the steps you sent in order to add Deezer to the watch and now it has been working properly for more than a month !

I am trying to connect my Deezer account to the Garmin app but when I use the login details with email and password (which work on the deezer account itself) I receive a message that the details are not correct. Is it because my login email is a privaterelay apple email? Should I change the email? Thanks

Leonidia is no longer with deezer, but to address your concern, I have found that the Apple relay addresses can be problematic. 
 

Are you subscribed to deezer directly or through the Apple App Store?

You will save money subscribing directly. 
 

you could try changing your email address as a first troubleshooting step. If you are unsuccessful, or you need help in any other way, open a ticket with deezer support and an agent can assist you.
