Additional note: When playing my favorite tracks on an Ipad, everything plays in the correct order and no songs are skipped. While the order does play correctly the Ipad does also experience the issue of not being able to use the add to queue button. Nothing happens when I press it.

I was notice when I move a song up or down on favorites or on my playlist on PC, that order of songs appears on my android after some while ( maybe few minutest or till 24 hours depends ).
So ,you need wait that changes show up on your phone .
Also ,if you want same content on your queue across all devices
then you need turn ON Synchronised Queue-list on each device separately .
The changes, to the order of my songs in the favorite tracks, appear right away on my phone. This issue persists only on my phone, not any of my other devices. I have been having this issue since September when I first got Deezer. Turing on the Synchronized Queue-list doesn’t fix the issue either. It will play my songs in the correct order on my PC, my phone shows this when I look at the queue when playing songs on my PC, however when I change to playing songs on my phone the songs do not play in the correct order, see example images above for what it looks like. The add to queue button still doesn’t work on any of my devices also.

Maybe you need to do the following steps :
Update the app and your phone software
If you're not on the latest version of the Deezer app, update it.
Or update your phone's operating system.
Uninstall and reinstall the Deezer app :
- Delete the Deezer app from your device
- Reinstall the app again (you may have to restart your device again afterwards)
I have tried these solutions before. This issue still persists.

Also confirm the versions of Deezer app you have installed on your PC and mobile device.

I have also included a screenshot of my phones Deezer version. The last file is a video of how Deezer correctly plays my favorite trace on the web version of Deezer, with my PC.
As for the issues that I have with adding songs to my queue. I have found that the reason it doesn’t seem to work is because my queue is too large. My queue is over 2 thousand songs and it makes it impossible to add a song to queue when the queue is too long.
The adding to queue issue is resolved, but the other issue still needs attention.
