I have Deezer on PC and my Samsung phone. I have noticed that when I add songs to my favorite tracks and then reorganize them in a different order on my PC, they only play in the new order correctly on my PC, but not my Phone. My phone shows the correct order that it should be playing in, when I sort by default. But when I select a song, most of the reorganized songs play correctly but some of the songs don’t show up in the queue and it skips them completely. I had a LG phone before this and it had the same issue.  I have included and example of what the new order should be playing as and then what the queue shows on my phone when playing my favorite tracks. This happens to mp3’s, album’s, and regular songs. I do not have shuffle on. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Also the add to queue buttons doesn’t work for me when I play songs normally or in shuffle in the favorite tracks however the play next button does work.

 

Additional note: When playing my favorite tracks on an Ipad, everything plays in the correct order and no songs are skipped. While the order does play correctly the Ipad does also experience the issue of not being able to use the add to queue button. Nothing happens when I press it.

I was notice when I move a song up or down on favorites or on my playlist on PC, that order of songs appears on my android after some while ( maybe few minutest or till 24 hours depends ).
So ,you need wait that changes show up on your phone .

 

Also ,if you want same content on your queue across all devices

then you need turn ON Synchronised Queue-list on each device separately .


The changes, to the order of my songs in the favorite tracks, appear right away on my phone. This issue persists only on my phone, not any of my other devices. I have been having this issue since September when I first got Deezer. Turing on the Synchronized Queue-list doesn’t fix the issue either. It will play my songs in the correct order on my PC, my phone shows this when I look at the queue when playing songs on my PC, however when I change to playing songs on my phone the songs do not play in the correct order, see example images above for what it looks like.   The add to queue button still doesn’t work on any of my devices also.

Maybe you need to do the following steps :

 

Update the app and your phone software 

If you're not on the latest version of the Deezer app, update it.

Or update your phone's operating system.

 

Uninstall and reinstall the Deezer app :

  1. Delete the Deezer app from your device
  2. Reinstall the app again (you may have to restart your device again afterwards)

I have tried these solutions before. This issue still persists.
