Do NOT mix new songs in Flow with my playlist songs. STOP THE ALGORITM IN FLOW.

Hello, I hate it when FLOW mixes beautiful new unknown songs with my own playlist songs. That's why I hear my playlist songs way too much.

I want Deezer to give me a choice to disable that mix function so that I only hear songs that I don't have in my playlist yet. I also want the option to switch off that damn algorithm, because at some point I only get to hear songs that suit my taste. I do not want that. Then you become brain dead.

I want to be surprised by new music that I don't know. Just like you used to walk into the record store to discover new music. I don't like to stay in the same circle. And with that algorithm, Deezer ensures that I stay in it.

If I want to listen to my playlist songs, I should be able to choose when I want to do that. But now Deezer is making that choice for me. Stop that!

Deezer, help us discover more music through more ''discovery'' features without that @#%$#@^# algorithm.

Hello @Embee1967 Flow by definition is a mix of music you love and music it thinks you might love. 

There are some improvements coming up that might help directing it more to your likes, so keep an eye out for those. 

If you see that Flow is becoming repetitive, go listen to a track mix, change the Flow mood or simply skip and this will train the algorythm as well to understand what you prefear!

No, if you had read carefully you can conclude that I already know flow well.

Now I have to use all kinds of tricks to get flow in a different direction. I have no control over it. I want to be in control MYSELF in Flow.
I would like to hear new songs that are not yet in my playlist. I want to discover what other beautiful music is being made that is not my taste in the first instance. Which might become a new taste for me. But those @%$#^&%$ algorithms and AI hold back that discovery. I just don't want that.

Let us decide for ourselves what we want to listen to. Not Deezer.

I am working on a project to make myself a better flow., (I find Flow brings up the same tunes way too often). The idea is to make a playlist of likable not already listened tracks. It will only suggest tracks not in your history (past few month or  past year, I am not sure yet where to put the cursor).

If you are interested, I think it will be able to generate these playlists this month.

 

But to be fair, there will be some algorithm behind to bring up these track lists. Computer processing always follows an algorithm.

Just use the frown icon at the bottom to tell Flow you want more discoveries.

I just want no algoritm in my flow and no music from my own playlist. That’s it.

I just want to hear ALL kinds of music and not only music that I love (what the algoritm thinks).

No buttons, no playlists, no other ideas. This is something what Deezer has to do.
