I have a paid account with Deezer.  I’m trying to add Thumbelina to a playlist, but when I search for it (on Windows browser) and then click on it, Deezer plays a completely unrelated song.  There seems to be nothing I can do to play this song.  WHY? Everything else seems to be working normally.

Hi @Jim Gallagher !

It would be useful if you could send us a screenshot so we can better see what the problem is.
Is the image of the song gray or blurry !?

I can play this remastered version in the desktop app, there are two other live versions available as well. I can also add it to a playlist, maybe it is not available in your region (me in Germany). Note that the band name is Pretenders, not The Pretenders.

For me it is a repeatable problem.  If I search for “Thumbelina Pretenders” it shows several versions of the song. It just has thumbnails, no album cover. If I select one, it plays a different song, every time.  Since you are showing the “Learning to Crawl” album, I tried opening that album, and THEN when I click on Thumbelina, everything works as it should.  So Thank you.  There’s still something weird going on with the Search function, though.

Although you mentioned that you have a Premium account, you may not be logged in and have another free account perhaps? Depending on your country free accounts may still be available for desktop users, but not be able to play on-demand tracks, only random ones.
