Hi this is Dylan I'm for some reason having problems with my deezer app logging me out I don't know why this happening but please fix it as soon as possible thank you

I have the same problem, when I want to listen to my playlist it works for half an hour and then it just stops and logs out.

Hey @Jovan.Sokolovic can you please uninstall Deezer from your Android Device, then go to Google Play Store and download the latest version of the Deezer app and let me know if that works for you?

I've downloaded both versions from the app store, even the beta, and it's still 

1-not playing music that isn't in my playlist

2- logging me out after a few minutes, but then still playing the song after a bit

 

 

 

I can play music, if i just play something quick and lock my phone it continues to play without logging me out

Yea same thing here. I tried an earlier version of the app, the beta, the latest and still doesn't work.

I kind of found a fix but its not with an "official" version of the app. What I did is download a mod through Happy Mod, logged in, downloaded the olaylist im listeing to, then put off my wifi and mobile data, and done. This should work. For time being, this is my method until the app gets fixed and I can return to the normal version of the app.

 

I have tried multiple versions, including the beta version which was posted here. They all happen to have the same problem.

Same thing happening to me for a few days now, it’s really unnacceptable, I can’t play my music for 10 minutes without getting logged out. And the only answer is “you aren’t using the official app” (I am), “rest your password” (doesn’t work) or “uninstall and reinstall app from the app store” (got all my downloads deleted and DOESN’T WORK). 

Deezer support, do something, how do you expect people to use a premium service that doesn’t work! At this point I can’t even log in sometimes, what the hell is going on?!

It's been this way for the days now. I just switched to Spotify. I guess that's the only option. Deezer support doesn't seem to have an explanation for it.

It's really unacceptable 😑.

It would be really helpful if any of the developers even responded so we knew what was going on because i cant even sign in with my Gmail it says unsuccessful login so i have to write the email and password everytime.

This issue could be related to two things: 

  1. You are using an unofficial version of the app. We **recommend** that you download our *official* application:

      2. We had a problem with subscription linked to your phone provider, this issue has now been solved and you should be able to log in now!

Honestly..smh it's so frustrating having to go through this for so long without them even attempting to take the initiative to fix the damn app and servers. All we're getting is the same fucking solution over and over again by customer service. Like it's not working... 😑

Man. I'ma keep checking on here every now and then to see if the app has been fixed. But in the meantime, I'll be using spotify.

Mine logs me out too but when I logged back in I could only listen to 2 playlists cause the others and my albums wouldn't load even if I'm online

Ok so let's get this straight, we complain about the app logging us out, you tell us to install the beta or an older version, the same keeps happening, and now you tell us to just install the normal app again? What kind of logic is that? Complete bullshit. Done with this app and the horrible costumer service.

Dudddddde, this issue legit made me switch to Apple music. Worst part is that I still think that deezer is better, IF IT WASN'T FOR THIS BS BUG

Hey there, you don’t have to install the beta or an older app. 

The issue is linked to non official version of the app. 

If you reinstall the app from the offical App Store, it will solve the issue :)
