Hi this is Dylan I'm for some reason having problems with my deezer app logging me out I don't know why this happening but please fix it as soon as possible thank you

Same, I just started having this problem today, worked perfectly for months and now it decides to get buggy, already tried uninstalling and nothing happens, just fix this issue, and not only the log in problem, but I also can play music with wifi, it doesn't load any song for the few minutes I have were it doesn't log me out. Ridiculous.

Same thing, I've been using deezer for months but yesterday suddenly it logged me out and then after that when I logged back it keeps me logged in for a few minutes and logs be out again

This problem was happening with me. I restarted my device then logged back in. Seems to have done the trick. Fingers crossed 🤞

Same here. Started yesterday, logged me out mid song multiple times as well as while picking songs. Restarted my app and phone and everything, still happening

 

This problem was happening with me. I restarted my device then logged back in. Seems to have done the trick. Fingers crossed 🤞 

I did this. It workes for a while then it kicked me out again.

I'm having an issue. Deezer is logging me out randomly. This has started happening 2 days ago and still can't figure out what's causing this problem, I tried to play a song and it just logs me out. PLEASE FIX IT!

I kind of found a fix but its not with an "official" version of the app. What I did is download a mod through Happy Mod, logged in, downloaded the olaylist im listeing to, then put off my wifi and mobile data, and done. This should work. For time being, this is my method until the app gets fixed and I can return to the normal version of the app.

 

I have tried multiple versions, including the beta version which was posted here. They all happen to have the same problem.

Same thing happening to me for a few days now, it’s really unnacceptable, I can’t play my music for 10 minutes without getting logged out. And the only answer is “you aren’t using the official app” (I am), “rest your password” (doesn’t work) or “uninstall and reinstall app from the app store” (got all my downloads deleted and DOESN’T WORK). 

Deezer support, do something, how do you expect people to use a premium service that doesn’t work! At this point I can’t even log in sometimes, what the hell is going on?!

There seems to be a general problem with version 7.0.2.75. I'm trying to get more information.

Since I don't have Android: Can an older version be downloaded and installed via the Play Store?

Can someone try the beta version 7.0.3, please?

I had it with an older version and it was still happening, that was when I updated the app but it still happens, and now it doesn't even log me in enough to even load one thing, it just throws me out immediately.

I have the same problem with the Web Version on my Laptop, so I don't think it's a problem with the Android version.

It has also happened to me. It was working perfectly for a long time but a day ago, it has just been logging me out. Please fix this!!

Same problem, had deezer 7.0.2.75 yesterday started logging me out, deleted and installed 7.0.3 beta same thing. Using android

It's been this way for the days now. I just switched to Spotify. I guess that's the only option. Deezer support doesn't seem to have an explanation for it.

It's really unacceptable 😑.

Ok so let's get this straight, we complain about the app logging us out, you tell us to install the beta or an older version, the same keeps happening, and now you tell us to just install the normal app again? What kind of logic is that? Complete bullshit. Done with this app and the horrible costumer service.
