Album cover not displayed in downloads

I’m having the same problem as the people above were having a year ago. I’ve created and saved a playlist from deezer recommends. Normally the app creates a compilation cover but for the last month I just get a grey square. This happens on my Android Nokia phone, iPad and on the website. Can someone tell me if there’s a fix or do the good techie people at Deezer need to be called in?

Thanks for reaching out. You're the second user reporting this in the community recently. What version of the apps do you have installed? Have you tried reinstalling them?

Same issue here. Latest version on both Windows and Android.

I just created a playlist yesterday on my Samsung a70 and the cover art was created. I checked it just now and it’s disappeared. The cover art for all the created playlists that don’t have cover art is also missing on the deezer web player:

I am still having this issue, the album and song covers are blank. Has this been solved?

Yes, what version of our app have you got installed? Give us some more details about your system too and we can look into it 

My able cover wont show up when I use the Deezer app to listen to music.
