Album cover not displayed in downloads

I can't see any album art to the downloaded music I have in my phone.

Could you tell me which device and Deezer version you're using?

@ljeutter Yes, it's a known issue and our team is looking into it. I hope this will be fixed very soon 🙂

album image and rtist name are not displayed in Download page. This does not happen with every download but i now have pages of "blank" albums at the top of the Download page. Selecting the "blank" displays the album correctly. Sometimes if I select the blank and then unload and reload using the Download buttom the album will appear properly on the page. There appears to be no consistacy about when/how this happen.
I now have to wade through pages of "blanks" and can't find thing when I want to. It's increasingly painful.....

Hi @Jon.Mac very sorry about this. As you can see above, we have forwarded this already to our developers and it is being looked into. We kindly ask you to bear with us until we have this fixed and will update you hear once it is.

I’m having the same problem as the people above were having a year ago. I’ve created and saved a playlist from deezer recommends. Normally the app creates a compilation cover but for the last month I just get a grey square. This happens on my Android Nokia phone, iPad and on the website. Can someone tell me if there’s a fix or do the good techie people at Deezer need to be called in?

Same issue here. Latest version on both Windows and Android.
