No artist profile prior to release

Hey, I am releasing music in a month and I hope I’m not too hesitant, but I can’t find my artist profile. I am not even sure if you can claim your profile before your first release, but there’s already one artist with the same name and I would like to avoid the harm of getting my music released on the wrong profile if at all possible. My profile name should be “Peippo”. I have UPC at hand if needed.
