How to claim my Deezer artist page?

And if it's your first time using it, all you have to do is to sign up and follow the steps :musical_note:

An Artist account lets you manage one Deezer artist page. You will be asked for a professional email, a Deezer Artist ID, and a UPC tied to that artist from a release already live on Deezer. The artist must exist in our catalog and the UPC must credit the artist as Main Artist. Access to Deezer for Creators is typically granted within 1–3 business days.

• Go to https://creators.deezer.com and click “Sign Up”
• Select your role: for artists claiming their own page, choose “Artist”
• Enter the name you would like us to use to address you in D4C and your professional email address (we will send a confirmation email here)
• Accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy
• Click “Create my account”
• Check your inbox for the email “Activate your account” (and your spam folder if needed)
• Click “Activate my account” to return to creators.deezer.com
• Create a secure password and confirm it. The password rules are listed in the “?” tooltip
• Click “Create a password”. Your account is now active
• Sign in to Deezer for Creators with your new account
• Upon signing in, you will land on the claim module, where you can start a new request to access a Deezer artist page
• Select your artist: search by artist name, or enter the Deezer Artist ID (recommended if you can’t find the name). Find the ID in the artist page URL on Deezer Web, e.g. https://www.deezer.com/artist/705 → ID is 705. The artist must already exist in the Deezer catalog (at least one track released and live on Deezer).
• If the Artist/UPC pair doesn’t work:
  • The artist page may already be claimed by another D4C user (and is no longer available)
  • The UPC may not be directly associated to the artist as Main Artist.
  • In these cases, contact your digital distributor to verify what was delivered to Deezer, or submit a support request.
• Enter a UPC from a release that is already live on Deezer where the artist is declared as Main Artist in the distributor’s delivery metadata.
• Click Continue
• Add social media profiles; more detail can help our team validate faster.
• Click Send request.
• You’ll receive an email once your claim is approved or if we need more information. Reviews typically take 1–3 business days.
• If you haven’t heard back after 3 business days, please contact us via the support page.
