Artist Channel Claim Time

Good afternoon,

I manage a band that has been trying unsuccessfully to claim their artist profile on Deezer for weeks. We’ve tried via our distributor, with the band’s email, and one of the band members’ personal email account and we have not received a reply yet.

We have a new release dropping tomorrow and no access to our Deezer for Artists account.

Can someone please expedite this process?

Good evening (in Switzerland),

I have the same problem here. I cancelled my first application because of the time it was taking, and then reapplied in March. Three days ago, I posted a message on the "Are You Still Waiting for Your Backstage Access" forum hoping to speed up the process. Some people seem to have had replies more or less quickly. The problem is becoming urgent as the months go by. Good luck to you!

We sent our application four months ago and still no reply, other services granted us access almost instantaneously, and this is the only platform we’ve had an issue with so far, if you happen to see this, the details are as follows with an image attachment.
