DEEZER CATALOGUE - something is missing :mag_right:

We're really sorry to know the tracks you love isn't on Deezer. Not all artists and rights' holders choose to add their music on our platform. We always respect their wishes so some music isn't available or might be temporarily removed. 

Some of the reasons for this are: 

RIGHTS' HOLDERS :microphone:

If an artist has a large discography with different rights' holders controlling different albums you can sometimes find gaps in the catalogue - if a certain rights' holder hasn't yet agreed to allow the music they control to be streamed online.

TERRITORY :globe_with_meridians:

Streaming rights are also defined by territory - country, region, location. The tracks that appear in the search box when you're looking for music are the songs that are available in all territories. In a small number of cases, a user in a different country may not have access to different tracks so an "unavailable in your country" message appears when they try to listen to it. 

SO WHAT SHOULD I DO? :weary:

We're constantly updating and re-negotiating our agreements with rights' holders and thousands of tracks are added to our catalogue every single week.

You can try a couple of things:

  • Add your MP3 collection to Deezer :calling:
  • Contact the artist via their social media channels and request for the tracks/albums to be added to Deezer, we take care of the rest :nerd:

Would it be possible to add these two albums into the library as I always loved them.   I can see Amazon music has them but it would be great if they could be added to Deezer.

Ahh, it could be @Alexander Tolkach 

If you can't see it or is it grey, it could be that the distributors haven't given rights for your country.

@Rudi Yeah. It’s gray. Is there anyway to sole this problem? Can i somehow change my country to be allowed to listen that track ? 
it’s a major problem across deezer overall

Hi @Christine.Mccole please check the information above in this topic to understand why some artists/songs might not be available on Deezer.
If you have a paid subscription, you can always upload MP3’s to your music library.

Hi! I know that technically Lana's Paradise EP is available as a part of the Paradise Edition of her Born to Die album, but it is also it's own EP, so I was wondering if it would be possible to have that available in her discography as well?

I’m quite tired of it. Now these tracks:

are not available in my country and some of them are deleted completely from deezer. But i had been listening them for over a half year and they are in my favorites playlist on PC. (Not shown on IOS) 

How to fix it……!?

That's a good point. I've asked the same question to our catalogue teams, they'll look into that for us. I'm a fan of Lana too, that'd be great!

Hello! I’ve noticed Hwasa’s María EP ( https://deezer.page.link/b1XLjD12dEquAGPY7 ) is missing one song called TWIT! And https://deezer.page.link/2q3XMHTB1yXH5KXM9 and https://deezer.page.link/59fxj5BLbkds8wiv5 are the same group of people! Yet one song is on the second account and most of their songs on the first! Oh, and they are missing a song called iriwa aka Come Closer. https://deezer.page.link/JA4JfhcSqJaFzR198 and https://deezer.page.link/ic9mbwrxbvGCjDf2A are the same person too. The first account also has random songs by another person called Solar(?) it should only be the kpop Solar, with the songs Spit it out, Blue Bird and she’s also missing multiple songs. Thank you for your time, i hope this gets fixed!

@Rudi Thank you so much for your help! I’ve found a few more little things that need tweaking, but apart from that everything is perfect! I might as well say the little things so yeah!

  1.  https://deezer.page.link/wJDSjXBZuzSf9cJ59 and https://deezer.page.link/SAEo6V7ztgQu4pDM9 are the same person! Also, all of this person (Wheein)’s songs are missing! There’s only the songs she is featured in! An example of a missing song is “EASY”.
  2. https://deezer.page.link/evSY96tdQ4fdJj8TA and https://deezer.page.link/KjqhhU7MhiYWtSAs8 are the same person and a lot of their random singles are missing, like SELFISH and Weird Day. 
  3. https://deezer.page.link/cq2iAVWjKdoYZfkz9 , https://deezer.page.link/4C4JsJ1RiQ7HHazr8 and https://deezer.page.link/Gv76C7JWYGH5fw6dA are all the same person! I recommend you keep the last one though, the first account is completely random songs, second has just one featured song. (Hwasa is also the artist that was missing one song from her EP, that song was called TWIT)
  4. https://deezer.page.link/S2UDtVvJ1H1HngMRA and https://deezer.page.link/mp2q5wP7veBDejMWA are the same group of people. The first account is their main one, the second just has 2 of the same songs the first account has, you can remove the second account.
  5. https://deezer.page.link/iDFvwFjBW7Fvq3qUA (MAMAMOO) is missing a lot, they have one album called BLUE;S which is on their profile, but it only has one song… and it’s an instrumental 😞 the songs that should be on it are : Morning, No More Drama, Wind Flower (not just the instrumental version, the actual song please!), Hello Solar Solo, Better than I thought, From Autumn to Winter INTRO.
  6. https://deezer.page.link/iDFvwFjBW7Fvq3qUA (MAMAMOO) also has an album called White Wind, except deezer only has one song from White Wind which, again, is an instrumental, the songs that should be there are : Where R U, gogobebe (not just the instrumental version, the actual song please!), Waggy,  25 Wheein Solo, Bad Bye, My Star, 4season OUTRO.
  7. https://deezer.page.link/iDFvwFjBW7Fvq3qUA Mamamoo again, after this there is one more Mamamoo missing album. This time MAMAMOO is missing a WHOLE ENTIRE ALBUM called Red Moon, the songs on it are as follows: Egotistic, Midnight Summer Dream, Rainy Season, Sky! Sky!, Sleep in the car, SELFISH.

Mamamoo is missing a whole entire album called Yellow Flower, the songs in it are as followed: From Winter to Spring INTRO, Star Wind Flower Sun, Starry Night, Be Calm Hwasa Solo, Rude Boy, Spring Fever, Paint Me. The BTS mixtapes (Hope World, Agust D, mono) are available on Spotify. On Deezer, only Agust D-2 is available. I was wondering if you could add them, because, well, I really love Deezer and it surprised me when I found out the mixtapes aren’t on the app but are indeed on other streaming services.
