Song/Artist/Album isn't on Deezer - What happens if I can't find the music I want?

Hi ​@Marks.Gian it might be a case of music rights. I’ve checked on other streaming platforms and it isn’t available either.
In the meantime you can always add it to your music library as Mp3.

Thanks for checking in, I will add it as mp3. Theres another case tho: the album “Metal Forth” from the japanese band “BABYMETAL” became unavailable this week on Deezer too, I cannot access the songs on my playlists, but when I go to the artists page I can kinda still listen to the album item in this page, even if it shows a warning that the content is not available. In this case, its not music rights probably, since this album is there on Spotify and other streaming services normally, and it should here too.

I have been a subscriber to Deezer for two years plus now. Always been happy with the content, primarliy electronic.

Can I point out that since July you have not listed any of the latest releases from the following labels, depsite there being several releases. These are all all listed on rival platforms, Tidal & Spotify.

Its not as though you have dropped thse labels as there back catalogues are all availabel to stream.

Hi, Im on Samsung A15, in the latest beta version of Deezer (8.0.47.1), and this album METAL FORTH by BABYMETAL has not been fixed for me still. Its true that the album has reappeared on the artists page since the last time I commented on here and the songs can be listened in the album page, but when I added the song Sunset Kiss (feat. Polyphia) in my big playlist it is greyed out and cant be listened.

I reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, tried again, and its 100% still with this problem for playlist listening experience on mobile. I see that on the desktop version is not greyed out and can be listened normally, but I use the app mainly on mobile, and its still an issue. Can you pass this feedback to the devs?

I was diving into the band 'Dreadlock Pussy', a Dutch metal band. Out of the 4 albums they have released, only one can be found on Deezer. 

I'd like to be able to listen to these albums, your competitors appear to have the albums so it seems unlikely to me that its a label problem. 

I am aware that its a small band, is it possible for the devs to add those?

We haven’t specifically “dropped” those labels - do you have specific artists or albums you’re looking for?

Thanks for looking into this, though to note the last two newrhytmic releases are available on Deezer. 

I note that all these labels come trhough triplevision distribution, coudl this be the cause for not being available?

Indeed, for the following releases, we will check with the distributor so that they fix their deliveries and ensure they are properly ingested on our side:

For the others, I don’t have the UPC numbers but if they’re from the same distributor, we can hope to have them fixed as well.

Hello! Could you please add album “Microphones in 2020” by The Microphones. It should be on deezer. It was only blocked from Spotify. Please!

I don't work for Deezer, but having had a look around the other music streaming platforms, I can't seem to find the album anywhere. One might almost think that either the label or the artist themselves made that decision. Or perhaps it's a licensing issue.

It is on Apple Music at least

I can’t seem to find the album you’re mentioning on Apple Music either.

It has been taken down by the distributor last year and it’s the same for all platforms.
