Duplicate artist accounts

Keb’ Mo’ has 5 different artist pages

Currently trying Deezer out but don’t understand why there are 182 artists for Vishal-Shekhar? The cataloue does need improving :)

Hi @yalexaner, if you paste the artists' profile links here, I can send them to the catalog to make sure everything is correct.

Content is cataloged exactly as it is sent to us by labels. Consequently, our system will think they are two different people if they started sending us music under "J. Cole" and then changed it to "J Cole". In that case, we must manually make the correction 😉

I have found some duplicate artist pages. These are famous singers with Chinese names.

There are 5 pages for the one artist 孙燕姿 (Stefanie Sun):

I would say that all 5 ways of writing her name are acceptable. But these are all the same individual.

There probably are more examples of artists with Chinese names having duplicate pages. These are just the first two I have found.
