Artists/Band from different genres mixed together because they have the same name

Surely it should be someone’s job at Deezer to do the library housekeeping so things are in the correct place. I understand mistakes happen but I see mistakes in most artists.

i wonder how much in the way of royalties is going to the wrong people.

Unfortunately there is another band with the same name, so I can't claim the name - either choose the other band or nothing.

If nothing can be changed, please let me know to inform my distributor to leave Deezer out of the DSPs, cuz releasing songs and other taking the royalties is not acceptable.

​@Transcendence band US you’ll need to claim your artist page on Deezer for Creators and after that you’ll be able to edit and change your profile picture among other things.
