Deezer not working abroad


Am trying to stream while abroad in Spain from the UK, have unlimited data and no issues with that, and using both the hotel wifi AND just phone data AND also on airplane mode with DOWNLOADED songs, the songs do not play all the way thru.. there is clearly an issue with Deezer in general so ****** is going on!?

 

I pay way too much money every month and have done for years since it’s inception to put up with this ****.

 

has anyone else experienced this issue and other than expecting someone from Deezer to actually reply what was your solution!?

 

I have video of my iPhone screen recording showing Deezer not working as it should do

Hi @Graham Meeres I am sorry to hear that Deezer is not working as it should while you are abroad. I understand your frustration but please keep in mind the Community code of conduct and avoid foul language please.

Total crap. Having the same problem while in Greece. 

Tells me that Deezer free is not available in my country, while I have Deezer premium!!!

@Pepre you get that message because your account is on Free at the moment as there was a problem with the renewal it seems.

Same issue here. Traveling to germany and it's telling me "deezer free is nit available in your country" while i have premium! And no, there is no issue with the payment. Please help?!

I ​@simonbuxton132! I recommend checking all your email accounts and trying to log in with each one.

You might have multiple Deezer accounts, and it's possible you're logged into the wrong one.

Try clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, or using a VPN to check for region-related restrictions. If the issue persists, contact Deezer support. Just like when you get a quote for a reliable service, you deserve seamless music streaming for what you pay!
