Why are my favourite tracks on Deezer are not downloading?

Hi @online kgrtech @Project Testing @Olga.Ivanova , thank you for your message and sorry for the experience.

Unfortunately here and there when this kind of issues arise, our first recommendation go always to clean cache first and secondarily to uninstall and install the app.

Agree that this is a bit of time consuming as the procedure will remove all downloaded content, but the fact is that this issue might be linked to broken arquives, tracks removed or with different ID in the catalog.

Always important to be on the latest version of the Deezer app and have your OS system with the latest updates as well.

If the issue persists, please run a test downloading the content in a different audio format to see how it goes.

Also would be great to have a video, where you can record the version you are, the data and storage info inside the Deezer app and the issue.
