Question

universal link doesn't work

I'm new to Deezer, and I'm having trouble with the universal links. I've tried it with several songs and doesn't work on any of them. Clicking the link opens up the page, but clicking on any of the streaming services results in it saying that the song couldn't be located on that platform. I've tried with a variety of songs across genres and popularity and the problem still persists. This is definitely a bug. I'm on android. I haven't yet tried it on desktop.

Hi @Figmentation thanks for reporting it.
This is a known issue and our developers are investigating and working on a fix.
Thanks for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience

@Jaime.Deezer my app is fully updated. It still doesn't work. A link that had been working is also now not working.

I'm having this issue too. I sent two song links yesterday. Three separate people tried to open them, all of them saw the same behavior. The link opens a page with the correct song displayed, but clicking the buttons for any of the other three platforms does nothing. Everyone (including me) was using android and chrome.

Is there anything we can do as users to configure a domain file? Or are you saying the problem lies with the other streaming apps and the way that they're communicating with Deezer? Also, I see that you referenced apple-app-site-association, but in case it matters, both of us are on android. Do the links I posted above work for you?

Both links worked for me on web and mobile as other universal links I’ve tested.
Could you update to app version 9.0.5.2 and try again?
Thanks
