I had a problem with my Flow, it kept saying selected content not loading. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Trouble is it now won't let me log back in using any of the methods available.

Google button, failed. Passwordless button, failed. I reset my password and tried logging in using email and password, failed.

I went back and cleared all data and cache and reinstalled again. Still not able to login through the app. Strange thing is I can login through a web browser using email and password.

I note others seem to be reporting the same issue so maybe it's a wider problem.

At this time the issue is mainly on mobile IOS/Android.

User having error message saying “you are not connected to internet”.

User have been unlogged and not able to log-in.

Website is working better but some pages may not respond correctly sometimes. Deezer is still investigating and trying to fix it.


I was becoming creasy until i found this post,

well hope it will be repare soon, my wife is creasy without her deezer 


Seems to be resolved now. I've just managed to login on the App using the Google login button 👍


I confirm also with another login email than google
