On trying to open the Deezer app on my Android phone, I get the message " Unable to download page. Account payment is still being paid. Help please ?

Hey @TrevorG!

Please try to delete Deezer, restart your phone, than reinstall the app, that usually fix this issue. 👌🏼

Had the same “unable to load page” problem on my Android tablet. It also appeared to be logged in with no account info and would not log out. Restarting the device didn’t work, but deleting and reinstalling fixed the problem.

As I don’t normally use Deezer from the tablet my suspicion is that Android removed some permissions from the app causing it to enter this odd logged in / not logged in state.
