songs not loading (error: failed to play)

This problem is currently happening to a seemingly random selection of songs on deezer both on my phone (android) and desktop (windows). I changed networks, emptied the app's cache... I'm kinda stuck here also my app is up to date and so is my phone.

Had this issue yesterday on Android but with every song . Had to clean the app data , meaning all app configuration , downloaded songs etc . Only then it worked again . I’m not sure why it happened , I figured maybe it’s an faulty update or something .

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback, the issue regarding the playback issues in Beta 9.0.10.1 should be fixed now, but requires you to clear the data of the application or reinstall the application to be sure to no longer encounter the issue on previously unreadable content.
