songs are greyed out or playing wrong version/mp3's not showing album art anymore

Loads of songs are greyed out in favourite tracks and other playlists and sometimes even in artist pages. the only way to play them is by looking up the song and play it from the search page. the songs that are greyed out are always the same songs (for example “secret story of the swan” by “iz*one” or “whistle” by “blackpink”) even when logging in to a different account or using a different device.
Some songs are playing the wrong version when i play them from my playlists. for example if i click on the korean version of “as if its your last” by “blackpink” it will actually play the japanese version intstead of the korean. the only way to play the correct version of all the songs that are playing in the wrong language is by going to the artist page and play it from the album the song is in. the weird thing is that is the exact same song as it will say that the song is in my favourites, but when i play it from the artist page the language will be correct.
Most of my Mp3 files are not displaying album art anymore when i add them to my favourite tracks or other paylists. when i head over to the mp3 section i am able to see the album art tho.
The reason that im puting all 3 three issues in one topic is becuase all those issues came after the same update. first i was using the beta version of the app on a android phone. downgrading the deezer app to the stable version fixed all the issues, but a few weeks ago these issues came back at the same time after an update of the stable app . downgrading the app to an older version fixes it tho.

If your songs are greyed out or playing the wrong version, or if album art isn't showing, try rebuilding your music library, checking metadata, clearing the app's cache, or re-adding the files. Ensure your MP3s are compatible, and update your music player to the latest version. Also, verify the file location is correct if stored externally.
Im seriously curious if you even read the entire thing. I guess I'll just wait for a reply from someone who didn't make there account 3 days ago and who will actually read the message.

If your songs are greyed out or playing the wrong version, it could be due to corrupted files or incorrect metadata. Try clearing your music library cache and refreshing the song files. All my playlists have songs missing too, so weird, I hope the dev team can investigate and work a fix as soon as possible, its just so many that its impossible to fix each one manually
While looking through my Favourites, I noticed a number of tracks are greyed out. Fine, I'll search and see if there's a different version available or if they've been removed. But every time, searching brings up the exact same track, from the same album, nothing seems to have changed so I don't know why the version in my Favourites list is greyed out! As an example, I added this track on Sunday and now it's greyed out
What's going on? I have to keep checking my Favourites, it's getting silly!

The problem got even worse today, way more songs are greyed out. Im so done with this, so for now im just going to downgrade the app to an older version.

Mines is doing the same playlists I've made suddenly full of songs that have been greyed out

Just messaging to update as of right now: in the latest version (8.0.30.4), some songs that were previously unavailable are now available again, and others became unavailable instead. So the problem still persists, its just that which songs are affected are changing for some reason.

I'd add that for me all grayed out songs are always available in the web/windows app in all my playlists, no issues at all. They keep becoming gray only for Android which is so weird.

Thats okay, it looks like your topic got merged with ours, so its all in this thread right now, all of us have the same problem of unavailable songs on playlists
