Hi, Loads of songs are greyed out in favourite tracks and other playlists and sometimes even in artist pages. the only way to play them is by looking up the song and play it from the search page. the songs that are greyed out are always the same songs (for example “secret story of the swan” by “iz*one” or “whistle” by “blackpink”) even when logging in to a different account or using a different device. Some songs are playing the wrong version when i play them from my playlists. for example if i click on the korean version of “as if its your last” by “blackpink” it will actually play the japanese version intstead of the korean. the only way to play the correct version of all the songs that are playing in the wrong language is by going to the artist page and play it from the album the song is in. the weird thing is that is the exact same song as it will say that the song is in my favourites, but when i play it from the artist page the language will be correct. Most of my Mp3 files are not displaying album art anymore when i add them to my favourite tracks or other paylists. when i head over to the mp3 section i am able to see the album art tho.The reason that im puting all 3 three issues in one topic is becuase all those issues came after the same update. first i was using the beta version of the app on a android phone. downgrading the deezer app to the stable version fixed all the issues, but a few weeks ago these issues came back at the same time after an update of the stable app . downgrading the app to an older version fixes it tho.

Hi,

The issue is on a wrong track availability status for Android in the playlist pages and it should be fully fixed early next week.

Hello. Just checking if you are still working on this issue.

I still have greyed out songs. They are all long term songs that I had no problem with for years. Eg., Alexi Murdoch “Orange Sky” and “Song for You”. Every other track on the album is available except for these 2.

I don’t reproduce the issue on my side with the songs & album you mentioned.

Have you refreshed the page? If yes, what happens if you remove and re-add those songs to the playlist?

Refreshing makes no difference. Just tried re-adding Orange Sky and when i press 'play' I get a different song (In the Hearts of Men by First Aid Kit). Please note, the issue is with the versions that only appear on the album "Time Without Consequence". There are a few other songs greyed out on various playlists as folliws:

Gabriel Latchin Trio - Polka Dots & Moonbeams

Tommy Flannagan - Isn't it a Pity

Tommy Flannagan - Pete Kelly's Blues

Tommy Flannagan - Alone too Long

Eric Bibb - Wayfaring Stranger

Could it be because these songs are not available on Deezer?
For example, if I search for Tommy Flannagan - Pete Kelly's Blues, Deezer finds nothing.
If I search via Google, I can only find this song on Spotify and YouTube Music. Also not available on other music services.

While I can see and play Eric Bibb - Wayfaring Stranger on Deezer and can also be found via Google Search.

When I try to search for Gabriel Latchin Trio - Polka Dots & Moonbeams, I can’t find it on Deezer, Apple Music and on Spotify it is also greyed out. Same goes for Tidal.

I have only ever played all songs listed on Deezer. To repeat... All songs listed were available and have been played for months (even years) until the recent issue with songs greying out on mass.

It is possible that the licenses for these songs have been revoked and that is why they are no longer available on various music services. It is indeed strange that they were there before and now they are almost nowhere to be found.

Could be. It's just the timing is odd. They all greyed out at the same time along with dozens of others. All songs have cone back except those few. And why only 2 songs in an entire album are greyed out (Alexi Myrdoch) doesn't make any sense. I'll wait to see if they magically come back. Thanks for trying to help. Sol.

Are the songs only greyed out when placed in playlists, or also on the album/artist page?
