Hello, today I noticed a Strange behavior at the Android App. If I click on random Playback at the download section, the app plays all my content not only the downloaded. If Offline Mode is selected everything is fine. Seems like the Button mapping is wrong

Could you sen me a picture of what you click when it plays the whole library?

Thanks for your answer, here is the picture. I click on Downloads, and then on the red random Playback Button. It happens all the time when the Offline Mode is not enabled.

I have this problem too. Going into offline mode forces the app to only play downloaded tracks but as soon as I switch that mode off it starts playing tracks that I haven’t downloaded. I know this because my only downloaded tracks are my favorites and a small playlist for running.

Deezer version 7.0.21.43 (auto updates are on)

We can reproduce it only on the Beta Version, please use the normal version and this issue should be solved.

Hello again. Today I received a regular Update to Version 7.0.21.68 and the Error is back again.

Going back to the normal version from beta didn’t fix this for me. It still plays tracks that aren’t downloaded.

Apparently a bug has been carried over from beta to stable 7.0.21.68. (Just a guess.) The German community is also complaining about this.
Does the new beta 7.0.22.19 work?

Just installed the Beta (7.0.22.19) and the Bug is still present.

EDIT: I tested it. Still there. On 7.0.21.75 (Not beta)

Sure there is a workaround by turning setting to “Offline Mode,” but that’s not without it’s drawbacks. Still thought you’d want to know.

Regardless, I sure do not want to be using data to stream without knowing it.

Users are going to be angry when they find out they've been streaming music and not just listening to downloaded music. That consumes people's data plans.

@Johnathan.Deezer What's the status of this? Because people are unknowingly using data, seems this should be a priority.

It's not just an inconvenience, it's costing people. See what I mean?

I just updated to the 7.0.24.23 (Beta) and Bug is still present. I have a lot of downloaded content and don't want to reinstall to get the Standard Version. So I hope there will be another one to test it.

I’ve just taken a look and my android phone says I am on the most recent version at 7.0.23.58? Perhaps 7.0.24 hasn’t reached the UK yet? Version 7.0.23.58 still has the bug.
