my favourite artists keep getting removed

This only happens with certain artists not all artists.

I use an Android phone with the latest version of the app

Hi @eddasilva,  sorry to hear that you are having this problem.
I check your Deezer Premium account and I noticed that you follow 1089 artist. Our content limit in Android is 1000 artists only on desktop and web you can see up to 2000.
You can check in our article all the limits Content Limits.
BTW we don’t delete any artist from your favorites they aren’t just visible for you on that device.

I hope you are well.

I can see that this only happens with certain artists. If i add say Lupe fiasco it is always removed after a couple of hours.

But other artists stay as favourites

Hi @eddasilva, all artists selected after reaching the maximum limit (1000 artists) will not be displayed in mobile application.

Checking your account, I can see the artist in your favorites. 

Suggestion, try in the mobile app to change the sorting to “recently add” and check if you see the most recent artist added.

Hello,

So we are only allowed 1000 artists in favorites on the mobile app but we can have more on the laptop app? This makes no sense.

Could you please remove this silly rule, I have to keep adding the same artists back and forth on the mobile but does it affect the actual favorite list?

I went from Spotify to Deezer to support you but this isdDefinitely a reason to cancel my account if this does not change.
