Issue with song order when accessing the app offline


Hello, 

This is my first post on here, so I apologise if I'm approaching the subject in the incorrect way. 

I've been having an issue with the order of my songs for a couple of weeks now. 

When accessing the mobile app online, the order of my songs are in aphabetical order (as preferred), but when I access the app offline, the songs are in recently added order which I do not like at all. I have too many songs to reorder them manually and I cannot find a button to sort songs in alphabetical order (but there is one for playlists).

I've tried to contact the support but the email bounces back everytime to saying to check the email address is correct.

 

I have an Android phone and Deezer Premium. 

I'm not sure what to do from here, any help is very much appreciated.

On playlist tap on 3 dots ➑ open SORT βž‘ then you can sort as you like

Click on Help Center at the top right of this page, then the Submit a Request button, which opens an application form to fill out and send to the service support team.
