I just set up a Deezer Premium subscription on Sonos and removed the old Spotify (free) account, but I’m still getting Spotify ads. How can I stop them?

Hi @MeFlower !

You are likely hearing Spotify ads because  you are accidentally casting via Spotify Connect.
Make sure you are not launching music from the native Spotify app using Spotify Connect to target your Sonos speakers.
Open the Sonos app directly and explicitly select your Deezer Premium service to play your queue.

Well , that's not really related to Deezer ... If you get ads on Spotify you probably listen to Spotify and not Deezer. Make sure to choose Deezer within the SONOS app . Remove Spotify from your mobile phone as well .

I really removed all of Spotify in the Sonos app and I removed the Spotify app on my phone. But I cannot find what to do now. These Spotify apps are so irritating.

Hey @MeFlower 👋

As Noam have mentioned, you would need to check that the other app is still not installed either on your phone or Sonos as this issue is not coming from Deezer as you are listening ads from the other music platform, not related to Deezer 👀
