Google assistant can't play albums or artist on Deezer

I can make it play the Flow, stop and skip a song. If I want to play a certain song / artist / album via the Google Assistant, I get the “Requested content is not loading.” in the Deezer app. It used to work fine.

And yes, I did use the commands listed in similar threads.

Have you tried restarting your network router after about 3 minutes?

Been about a year  since the original post, followed by your assertion that the devs are ‘on it’ and I still can’t use google assistant to play anything on Deezer :-(

Casting? I don't wanna cast. I have a simple car stereo. I connect my phone via aux cable. And then I say "Hey, Google. Play blablahblah on Deezer." I get an error most of the times. All I can make it play through Google Assistant is the Flow. This is why I switched to Spotify. + Spotify is being recognized by Google Maps as a multimedia app and I have a small overview of Spotify when I drive and use Google Maps. You are a bit behind usability vise. I'm sorry to say that. I would switch back to Deezer probably if you could fix Google Assistant integration. Google Maps integration is really cool too. Think about implementing it.

Same issue here, I'm using a LG W7 speaker with Google assistant, and when I ask it to play, for example My Flow, it says "sure, playing your flow on Deezer" and nothing happens. Same when I request a particular song. Works fine with Spotify. I can also cast to the speaker from the Deezer app on my phone but prefer the flexibility of voice commands. Any ideas? This is only a recent fault, within the past couple of weeks. I've restarted, uninstalled, rebooted etc and nothing changes.

Now unable to cast Deezer from my phone to this speaker. 

Any comments as to what is being done about this latest security certificate issue from Deezer? I'm going to have to leave if not fixed.

We have the same problems to cast from phone or tablet on speakers. Or to cast from Google assistant to speakers

I am new to Deezer and have signed for a Premium account just to find it does not work well with Google Assistant on Android and it does not work on Android Auto. Sadly just found out this has been an issue for 2 years! I get the same “something went wrong” when testing it with Google Assistant on Android. Has anyone found any solution to this or is Deezer still unable to get it solved?

my complaint is that when tell assistant to play <artist name> it will do that artist radio on deezer, and not play only that artist which I think is vastly prefferable.
