error message under downloaded music


I receive an error message "unable to load page" under downloaded music.  What can I do to resolve this issue. I logged off and cleared the cache in app and I still receive the same message.

I found others who had the same issue and one suggestion was to Uninstall and reinstall. I did that however I  needed to re-download my music which wasn't too bad since all my music was in my Playlist.

I found others who had the same issue and one suggestion was to Uninstall and reinstall. I did that however I  needed to re-download my music which wasn't too bad since all my music was in my Playlist.

I have the same issue an error message "unable to load page" under downloaded music. Did the uninstall and reinstall work to clear the error?
