As mentioned in a different post by @TitouanNlt , the equalizer must be turned on for each song and will turn off when the next song begins playing. I've found it'll even turn off when pausing playback. I would really appreciate of this issue could be solved, and if my question here wouldn't be marked as "answered/solved" if the only response is gonna be "we've passed this on to the development team" as was done for the previous post.

Hi @chaconhector42, Indeed, this has been an ongoing issue for some time now.

We've been working on it back and forth, and I recall a fix we implemented towards that resolved a significant problem with the Equalizer on certain Android devices.

However, as you can understand, it's not always straightforward to address every request. Sometimes solutions rely on third-party companies, and other times they're challenging to fix because they only impact specific brands, models, or versions of Android.

I've shared your feedback with our teams, and I can only hope that they can prioritize pushing forward with this fix.
