Dezzer stop playing with Flow and Mixes inspired by

Since couple of months Deezer stops playing Flow or Mixes after couple of songs played normally.

You need to go back and forward to get it working, but after 2-3 songs it stops again. You get: “almost there only few seconds left ”...

And than it is same with:

  • Heos app I use in my office to stream Deezer
  • Yamaha AV app I use at home 

Of course I cleared cache, re-installed and all that but that doesn`t help either.

Been Deezer user for many years, but this is a “killer” bug that makes app unusable, sorry. 

If there is any actual advice to fix this it would be very welcome.

    Hi @Luka Kukec, sorry to hear that. So that I can investigate what is going on, can you give me more details:

    • What's the brand and model of the device you are having problems with?
    • What's the version of the operating system (Android, iOS, Windows or Mac) installed on your device? 
    • If you're using our app, what's the Deezer version installed on your device? 
    • If you're using Deezer on the web browser, what's your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge)? What's the latest version installed? 

    Please send me a video of your procedures until you get Deezer stops playing Flow or Mixes, please share a screenshot of Data and Storage going on the app Deezer, settings.

    Hi

    How do I stop the mix inspired from start whilst I am listening to my playlist?
    I was listening to my playlist, got 7 songs into my playlist and Deezer starts to play other music inspired by, rather than finish my playlist which I created. Very annoying!

    I haven't experienced the same issue myself, as everything seems to be working fine on my end.

    Could you possibly record a video showing the situation you described?

    Additionally, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue?
